Do you remember before the internet. When family businesses were helpful and gave good customer service?
No. Neither do I.
Cousins do not do after sales. If you return a faulty or not fit for purpose item they find excuses not to refund you. They will make up stuff like it was returned damaged or parts missing. Also you won’t get your item back. Many of their items are very poor quality and useless - cheap junk.

Worst company in the UK, how do they survive.
Don’t waste your money
